
A Little Rock hospitality company filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation last month, listing $758,600 in debts.
Arkansas Destinations Inc. listed $406,450 in assets, according to its bankruptcy filing on Jan. 17.
It is the parent company of Arkansas Trolley Co., Arkansas Events and Arkansas Weddings.
The largest debt, $485,000, is owed to the Small Business Administration.
The company’s gross revenue was $1.78 million in 2023, up from $1.6 million in 2022. Revenue for 2024 wasn’t listed.
Arkansas Trolley, which started in 2008, was a private charter company whose trolleys could be rented to shuttle people to and from public events as well as for private occasions.
“Working with politicians and celebrities, organizations and tour companies, we have helped create and organize hundreds of tours and events,” Arkansas Destinations said on its website.
Jana Cohen, the co-owner of the company, didn’t immediately return a call from Whispers.
The company is being represented by attorney Vanessa Cash Adams of AR Law Partners of Little Rock.
