Phillip Greer of Block Insurance Inc. in Paragould was elected president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas at its 117th Annual Convention held June 11-13 in Rogers.
Greer previously served on the IIAA Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Other officers elected at the convention were:
- President-elect Travis Mulhearn of The Farris Agency Inc. in Conway;
- Vice President Nathan Price of Price & Co. Inc. in Arkadelphia;
- Secretary/Treasurer Nancy Jackson of Roberson & Associates Insurance in Benton;
- And Terry Youngblood of Youngblood Insurance Agency Inc. in Texarkana, who was elected representative to the board of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA).
The Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas is the state’s largest and oldest property and casualty insurance association, represents more than 350 member agencies. It is also affiliated with the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, the nation’s largest association of primarily property and casualty insurance producers.
