Nabholz Lands $8.3M Contract for Lexicon Office Makeover

This week’s roundup of million-dollar construction deals kicks off with a renovation project at a Little Rock office building.

Nabholz Construction Corp. of Conway landed an $8.3 million contract to renovate Lexicon Inc.’s 40,438-SF office at the Little Rock Port Industrial Park. The project at 7773 Sloane Dr. is part of Lexicon’s $37.6 million expansion of its corporate headquarters and steel fabrication operations.
