Tempus Realty Partners LLC, an Arkansas-based real estate investment partnership, sold Axis Park in Greenville, South Carolina, on March 24 for $33.1 million.
The buyer was Greenville County.
Axis Park, an office park at 350 and 352 Halton Road, consists of two buildings totaling 239,701 SF on just over 17 acres. It is also near the Greenville/Spartanburg International Airport, a large retail amenity base, and interstates I-385 and I-85.
Tempus Realty Partners modernized Axis Park’s common areas and lobbies and added a tenant lounge and fitness center.
“We are very pleased with the results of this investment, as it exceeded the original projections for our return to investors,” Dan Andrews, managing partner of Tempus Realty Partners, said in a news release.
The partnership purchased the property in 2017 for $18.35 million.
Colliers International Arkansas and Colliers International Greenville represented the seller during acquisition and disposition of Axis Park.
Along with Andrews, other Tempus partners include Kevin Huchingson, CEO of Colliers International Arkansas, and Isaac Smith, executive vice president and principal at Colliers International Arkansas. The group has holdings in northwest Arkansas, Dallas, Charlotte, Indianapolis, Columbus, Ohio, and Boise, Idaho.
