Arkansas State Crime Lab Purchases North Little Rock Land for $4.1M

Commercial land and a retail center in North Little Rock and west Little Rock homes form this week’s quartet of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

► Pfeifer Family Ltd. No. 1, led by Gene Pfeifer, sold a 19-acre site at the southwest corner of Northshore Drive and Northshore Cove in North Little Rock to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory for nearly $4.1 million.

► The Terry Barnes Revocable Trust bought a 5,522-SF home in west Little Rock’s Beau Vue Estates neighborhood for more than $2.5 million from the Jason Dickinson Living Trust.

► Clifton Family LLLP, led by Norman Clifton, sold the 83,695-SF Rose City Shopping Center at 4109-4155 E. Broadway in North Little Rock for more than $1.7 million to Moon Rose LLC of Orlando, Florida.

► HAM House LLC, led by Patrick Schueck, purchased a 9,360-SF Pleasant Valley house for $1 million from the Margaret C. Schueck Marital Trust.
