The Arkansas Technology Summit on Thursday will showcase 20 of the state’s promising tech-based startups that came out of university research.
Officially kicking off with a Wednesday reception from 5-7 p.m. following the ARK Challenge Demo Day at the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock, the summit will run all day Thursday from the Arkansas Regional Innovation Hub‘s Argenta Innovation Center in downtown North Little Rock.
The summit is organized by the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville; the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences; the University of Arkansas at Little Rock; and Arkansas State University.
Thursday’s agenda includes a summit panel discussion on technology commercialization and economic development as well as company presentations.
Presenting startups will include NowDiagnostics, Poly-Adaptive and Innovate Arkansas client firms Angel Eye Camera Systems, Rx Results, BioDetection Instruments and Black Oak Partners.
