- Two schedule changes being talked about: Arkansas’ game against LSU has officially been moved to the Friday after Thanksgiving (from Saturday). The location has already been set for Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville. And Arkansas State’s season-opener against Oregon may be moved to Thursday, Aug. 30.
- And Arkansas State could see a new conference opponent in 2013. The Sun Belt Conference announced today that Texas State will join the league on July 1, 2013 and will begin conference competition for the 2013-14 academic year.
