ArkansasSports360.com: Wright Giving Linebacker a Try During Spring Practice

Arkansas coaches are giving defensive end Tenarius Wright a look at linebacker. The sudden absence of Alonzo Highsmith from the spring depth chart is opening up opportunities and Wright, a former high school linebacker, decided to give it a hurl.

 

NFL scouts likely took note of wide receiver/kick return specialist Isaiah Jackson while in Conway on Wednesday. Jackson ran the 40-yard dash in 4.31 seconds during the UCA pro day. 

Arkansas State’s football upgrade wish list includes an indoor practice facility. A good reminder of why they’d like one came on Friday. Spring practice was cancelled because of weather, including heavy rain and lightening.
