► AE Sherwood LLC, an affiliate of Altus Equity of Santa Rosa, California, purchased the 118-unit Arrow’s Edge Apartments at 300 Indianhead Cove for $4.1 million.

► Demiro Properties LLC, led by Michael and Deborah Brooks, sold the 7,980-SF office building at 20 Rahling Road for more than $1.3 million. Buyer? Shollmier LLC, led by Ken Shollmier.
► ARG MECBTAR001 LLC, an affiliate of American Realty Capital of Charlotte, North Carolina, acquired the 8,000-SF convenience store project at 9909 Hwy. 5 for more than $1.3 million.
