Amber Booth-McCoy, chief executive officer of The Diversity Booth Inc., has been named to the board of directors of the Alumni Association at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Randy Lawson has been appointed to the University of Arkansas board of trustees by Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders. Lawson, a 1981 graduate of the University of Arkansas, is an adviser on the geosciences advisory board in the Fulbright College of Arts & Sciences and an executive adviser to the dean of the Sam M. Walton College of Business.

Jay Harton has been named director of the Division of Information Systems at the Department of Transformation & Shared Services in Little Rock. Harton has served as interim director since February 2024.

Dr. Chen Huang, a hematologist and oncologist, has been hired at the Claude Parrish Cancer Center at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center of Harrison. Huang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Dr. Justin M. McLawhorn, a dermatologic oncologist and skin cancer surgeon, has been hired as the director of dermatologic oncology at the University of Medical Sciences Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute of Little Rock.

Shannon Sparrow has been named home care representative at Right at Home Little Rock Metro.

Tom Cirbus has been appointed chief financial officer and corporate secretary at BSR Real Estate Investment Trust of Little Rock. With the appointment of Cirbus, Susan Rosenbaum will step down as the interim CFO and continue in her role as the chief operating officer.
