Arvest Bank of Fayetteville announced the opening of its first modular branch in Arkansas, an 832-SF prefabricated facility built off-site and transported to its location in Benton.
The full-service branch was built by Oklahoma-based specialty contractor Ventaire Corp, the bank said in a news release.
Arvest said the modular design allowed the branch at 1421 Arkansas Highway 5 to be set up quickly and customized to meet local specifications. The bank’s Instagram account in November shared images of the module arriving on a flatbed trailer.
The branch features Arvest’s ATM with Live Teller, allowing customers to conduct transactions through video.
Arvest has four other modular branches in the Oklahoma City and Kansas City markets.
“This small-but-mighty model lets us put ATM with Live Teller in Saline County in a high traffic area to give a convenient option with extended hours,” Phillip Partain, community bank president Arvest Bank-Saline County, said in the release. “It’s strategically positioned between our two existing branches to add convenience for our current and future customers.”
