Scott Morgan
Scott Morgan, attorney at PPGMR Law PLLC, was recently selected as Pulaski County Vocals 2016 Attorney of the Year.
Morgan began accepting pro bono cases from Vocals in 2011, taking 22 cases and serving more than 154 hours to date. His private practice focuses on civil litigation defense, employment law and administrative law.
