An industrial property at 1401 Murphy Dr. in Maumelle recently sold for $8.73 million, Colliers Arkansas announced.
The buyer of the 160,000-SF property was Gray Halligan 1 LLC.
The seller was Maumelle Warehouse LLC, represented by Nathan Monan of Colliers.
The building, constructed in 1980, last sold in 2002 for $3.6 million. Its lone tenant is Vital Records Control, a document management, storage and shredding firm.
