Auto parts retailer AutoZone Inc. of Memphis plans to open a 20,000-SF regional hub in Jonesboro, Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate & Development announced Wednesday.
The store will function as a service hub for AutoZone locations across northeast Arkansas, providing a wider selection of products and ensuring customers can quickly access parts and accessories they need, Haag Brown said in a news release.
The hub will be built on 2.26 acres at the corner of South Stadium Boulevard and Rook Road at the entrance of “Auto Row,” a corridor of auto dealerships. It will be AutoZone’s third storefront in Jonesboro.
Haag Brown’s Nathan Eller represented the landlord, Bayird Properties, LLC, and Haag Brown’s Zac Qualls represented the tenant in the transaction.
