Rachel Bader has been promoted to director of air service development for the Bill & Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock.
Bader, a U.S. Air Force veteran, formerly served as manager of air service development. She is responsible for working with airlines to retain and expand air service and for marketing initiatives to increase passengers. She joined the airport in 2017.
Patricia Ouei of Rogers has been hired as director of public affairs for the Beaver Water District. She replaces Amy Wilson of Fayetteville, who is retiring.
Ouei comes to the district from the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service, where she has spent the past 14 years serving as an urban stormwater educator.
Ryan Tucker, information systems administrator of the Conway Corp., has earned the certification of Apple Certified Support Professional for those who manage networks or provide technical support for Mac users.
Bill Napier has been hired as software developer at Mainstream Technologies of Little Rock. Napier’s responsibilities will include the design, development and deployment of full-stack software. He has a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Marshall University of Huntington, West Virginia, and an MBA from the University of Charleston in West Virginia.
