► Lexicon Inc., led by Patrick Schueck, bought the 40,438-SF former Delta Dental call center at 7773 Sloane Drive in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park from the city of Little Rock for $2.6 million.

► Balagopalan and Jaya Nair sold their 8,124-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood to Humaira Saleem and Shuja Rasool for more than $1.7 million.

► Farm2Market LLC of Brentwood, Tennessee, purchased nearly 247 acres in east Pulaski County along Wayne Road west of Clear Lake Toltec Road for more than $1.4 million.
