Laura McCabe, Adam Cunningham and Maggie Estes have been hired at Baldwin & Shell Construction Co. in Little Rock.
McCabe, hired as creative and marketing director, had worked as a writer, producer and graphic design specialist in the communications department of the Little Rock School District.
Cunningham will be project manager for the Consumer Services Division. He previously was vice president of CBM Construction Co.
Estes, who will work as a project coordinator at Baldwin & Shell, previously worked in the estimating department at Dave Grundfest Co.
Matthew Vineyard, Maneesh Krishnan, Steven Head, Adam Osweiler and Rick McGraw have all received promotions at McClelland Consulting Engineers in Little Rock.
Vineyard is a project engineer and has been named partner.
Krishnan is a project engineer and was recently promoted to senior associate.
Head has been promoted to senior associate and is the supervisor of the company’s in-house construction materials testing laboratory.
Osweiler is a project engineer and was recently promoted to associate.
McGraw, a landscape architect and a member of the company’s design development team, was recently promoted to associate.
