► Pro Window & Door Inc., led by Jim Draper Jr., acquired a 7,513-SF house in west Little Rock’s Varennes Court neighborhood for $3 million.

Seller? The Phelps Family Trust, led by Donald and Lucinda Phelps.

► A.A. Properties LLC, led by Ahmed Samad, sold a 10,849-SF house in the Valley Falls Estates neighborhood of west Little Rock to Eugene and Linda Sumpter for $2.3 million.

► Raymond Peeples III and his wife, Amy, bought a 4,168-SF house in Little Rock’s Shadowlawn neighborhood from the Patricia Ann S. Doubleday Revocable Trust for $1.4 million.

► The RCF 2 Acquisition Trust sold a 7,692-SF house in west Pulaski County’s Chenal Downs neighborhood for more than $1.3 million to Neerah and Meenakshi Bharany.

► The Patrick & Deanna Hatfield Revocable Trust purchased a 4,584-SF house in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood for more than $1 million.
