Bank OZK Adds Drew Mentzer (Movers & Shakers)

Drew Mentzer has joined the Bank OZK team in Little Rock as assistant vice president and commercial lender.

Mentzer has 14 years of experience in lending and real estate, most recently as a commercial real estate agent with Flake & Kelley Commercial. He will work at Bank OZK’s office on Chenal Parkway.

Gail Nicholson Dodds, Scott Fidel, Robert McCarthy and Dmitry Netis have all joined the equity capital markets group at Stephens Inc. in Little Rock.

Nicholson Dodds is working as managing director and senior research analyst for exploration and production companies. She worked with the KLR Group and Pritchard Capital Partners before joining Stephens.

Fidel is the managing director and senior research analyst of the health care group, with a focus on managed care and hospitals. He has covered the health care services sector for more than 18 years.

McCarthy is the managing director and senior research analyst for the electrical equipment and multi-industry sector for Stephens. He joins the firm after four years at Stifel Financial.

Netis has been named managing director and senior analyst, covering security software, data networking and storage, communications and networking technology. Before accepting his position at Stephens, he was a senior equity research analyst at William Blair & Co. for a decade.

Joel Futrell, Daniel Park, Adam Chase, Kelly Davis and Wes Mathis have all been promoted at the Arkansas State Bank Department in Little Rock.

Futrell and Park have been promoted to bank junior examiners. Chase, Davis and Mathis were promoted to bank senior examiners.
