► Tyler Vance will be leaving Bank OZK of Little Rock in May, the publicly traded bank confirmed last week.

Vance, who will turn 45 on Saturday, joined OZK in 2006 and has been chief operating officer since 2013.

He told Whispers that he’ll reveal his future plans in the next couple of weeks.

► Little Rock’s venerable Rose Law Firm recently lost a longtime litigator.

Amy Lee Stewart, who marked her 30th anniversary at Rose last September, has hired on as vice president and global chief data ethics officer for LiveRamp, the publicly traded company formerly known as Acxiom Corp.

While the corporate headquarters has moved to San Francisco, LiveRamp maintains a small office at Third and Main streets in downtown Little Rock, a block from the Rose firm.

Vance and Stewart are both former Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 honorees, he in 2011 and she in 1999.
