Baptist Health Hires Cori Keller as a Physician Relations Representative (Movers & Shakers)

Cori Keller has been hired as a physician relations representative at Baptist Health in Little Rock. Keller, who most recently held the title of Miss Arkansas 2023, previously worked as an account coordinator for advertising agency CJRW of Little Rock and as a freelance reporter for ESPN.


Elizabeth Wohlford (Washington Regional)

Elizabeth Wohlford, a certified physician assistant, has been hired by the Washington Regional Brain & Spine Surgery Clinic in Fayetteville, part of the J.B. Hunt Transport Services Neuroscience Institute. In her new role, Wohlford provides care for patients with diseases and disorders of the brain, nervous system and spine in both hospital and clinic settings.


Dr. Jim Chen has been hired to the physician care team at Genesis Cancer & Blood Institute of Hot Springs, a partner practice of American Oncology Network. Chen began accepting new patients at the west Little Rock, Russellville and Benton clinics on July 1.


Carlitta M. Moore (Arkansas State University)

Carlitta M. Moore has been promoted to vice chancellor for access and institutional engagement at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.


Deacue Fields (University of Arkansas System)

Deacue Fields, vice president for agriculture of the University of Arkansas System, has joined the Arkansas Research Alliance board of trustees. Founded in 2008, the Arkansas Research Alliance seeks to elevate the role of research in Arkansas and its impact on the state’s economy.


Heba Sadaka (University of Arkansas at Little Rock)

Heba Sadaka, associate professor of nursing at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, has received the 2024 Practice Award from the Gamma Xi at-Large Chapter of Sigma Nursing. Sadaka serves as a counselor and vice president of the Gamma Xi chapter and will receive a plaque, award certificate and $1,000 to present her research, “Telehealth Adoption Among Older Adults: Barriers and Facilitators,” at the 35th International Nursing Research Congress.


Jason Howard (University of Arkansas)

Jason Howard has been promoted to donor experience officer, a new role in the Division of Advancement at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. In his new role, Howard will collaborate with the annual giving team to develop strategic and tactical operations in crowdfunding and the stewardship of annual gifts.
