► SCF RC Funding IV LLC, an affiliate of SCF Realty Capital of Princeton, New Jersey, bought the 3,180-SF Zaxby’s at 3800 Dave Ward Drive for $1.7 million.
Seller: Southern Chicken-Conway LLC of Greenville, South Carolina.
► Alex Craig, Brian Teeter and Jamie Hoffman sold the 28-unit Powhatan Apartments at 15 and 25 Powhatan Drive in Sherwood for almost $1.7 million.
Buyer? Powhattan Apartments LLC of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
► Equipmentshare.com Inc. of Columbia, Missouri, purchased its 13,600-SF facility at 4726 Thibault Road in the Little Rock Port area for more than $1.3 million.
Seller? STT Inc., led by Shirley Heatherly.
► Richard Tripodi and Jane McKinney sold their 6,544-SF home in west Little Rock’s Deauville Place neighborhood to Robert and Tanya Plunkett for nearly $1.2 million.
► NLA Northshore CK LLC, an affiliate of Net Lease Alliance of Nashville, Tennessee, acquired a 1.9-acre commercial site at the southwest corner of Northshore Drive and Crystal Hill Road for almost $1.2 million.
