► Apostolic Church Real Estate Holdings Inc., led by Donnie Copeland, sold a 2.31-acre property at 4320 Landers Road in North Little Rock for $2 million.
Who acquired the home of Fletcher Dodge? Fletcher Realty LLC, led by Frank Fletcher and Thomas Roy III.
► SNK Hotel LLC, led by Kivance Patel, sold the 76-room America’s Best Value Inn at 3100 Main St. in North Little Rock for more than $1.5 million.
Buyer: Sohum LLC, led by Bhupendra Patel.
► Jason and Lara Hum sold their 4,705-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock to Thomas and Lacey Watts for $1.2 million.
► The Mehrabi Joint Revocable Trust, led by Amir and Lisa Mehrabi, bought a 6,527-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hickory Creek neighborhood for more than $1.1 million.
Seller? The Karrh Family Revocable Trust, led by James and Alison Karrh.
► Crain Investments Ltd., led by Larry Crain Sr., sold a 3,589-SF former Metropolitan National Bank branch at 11821 Col. Glenn Road in west Little Rock for more than $1 million.
Buyer? Colonel Bowman LLC, led by Edward Bailey and Jared Coleman.
► Jeff Fuller Homes LLC acquired a 1,791-SF house in Little Rock’s Forest Heights Place neighborhood from Sylvester and Irena Pupkowski for more than $1 million.
