Barton Oaks Sells For $2.8M (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 55-unit apartment near the state Capitol tipped the scales at $2.82 million.

Barton Oaks LLC of Memphis acquired its namesake complex at 107 Barton St. from Dynamo Corp., led by Robert Rees. The deal is funded with a seven-year loan of $2.1 million from Greystone Servicing Co. LLC of Warrenton, Virginia.

The 1.33-acre development was purchased for $460,000 in July 1982 from Sam Reynolds, Dorsey Jackson, Lou Holtz, Charles Johnston and Jon Johnston.

Fletcher Purchase

A 2.31-acre auto service property in North Little Rock weighed in at $2 million.

Fletcher Realty LLC, led by Frank Fletcher and Thomas Roy III, bought the 4320 Landers Road project. The seller is Apostolic Church Real Estate Holdings Inc., led by Donnie Copeland.

The deal is backed with a $1.6 million loan from Santander Bank of Boston.

The property was acquired in January 2001 as part of a $1.1 million deal with Cochran Distributing Co., led by Elmer Cochran Jr.

Kleaners Buy

A 10,000-SF warehouse-showroom in North Little Rock sold for $800,000.

Allen Ree Holdings LLC, led by Wylie and Ryan Barker, purchased the Kleaners Supply & Service project at 10600 Maumelle Blvd. The seller is Carpet Center Maumelle LLC, led by Melissa Longing.

The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $554,000 from U.S. Bank of Cincinnati. The 0.62-acre development was bought for $575,000 in May 2001 from Horton Inc., led by Eutaw Horton.

Grill Acquisition

A 5,520-SF restaurant in North Little Rock changed hands in a $495,000 deal.

Jacob’s Store LLC, led by Ehab Alfarah, acquired Jacob’s Wings & Grill at 5200 JFK Blvd. from the B&R Jones Family Revocable Trust, led by Bill and Robin Jones.

The trust provided a $495,000 mortgage to fund the deal.

The 0.57-acre development was purchased for $290,000 in December 1987 from Madison Guaranty Savings & Loan Association of Little Rock.

Office Transaction I

A 3,089-SF office building in west Little Rock rang up a $450,000 sale.

Crisis Pregnancy Center of Central Arkansas Inc., led by Scott Archer, bought Dunlap Dental at 1515 Aldersgate Road.

The seller is Dunlap Development LLC, led by Bryan Dunlap.

The 0.75-acre site was acquired for $85,000 in June 2000 from OA Land Co. LLC, led by Dr. Earl Peeples.

Office Transaction II

A 2,088-SF office building in downtown Little Rock is under new ownership after a $240,000 deal.

Riverwalk Rentals LLC, led by Jonathan Newcomb and Cope Gracy, purchased the 112-114 Pulaski St. project from Suson and Timothy Dudley.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $196,000 from Central Bank of Little Rock. The 0.17-acre development was bought for $165,000 in Janu-ary 2002 from RayJohn Inc., led by John Jarrad.

Midland Hills I

A 3,802-SF home in Little Rock’s Midland Hills neighborhood drew a $907,000 transaction.

John Williams and Eliza Borné acquired the house from Joseph Thompson.

The deal is financed with a 26-year loan of $700,000 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

The residence was purchased for $585,000 in July 2003 from Lowrey and Tanya Barnes.

Post Oak

A 3,658-SF home in west Pulaski County’s Post Oak neighborhood sold for $868,000.

Hunter and David Pate bought the house from Dustin Hennard. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $694,880 from the Bank of England.

The 2.4-acre site was acquired for $119,000 in July 2017 from Schrader Homes LLC, led by Alan Schrader.

Midland Hills II

A 3,243-SF home in Little Rock’s Midland Hills neighborhood changed hands in a $780,000 deal.

Walter Gould III and his wife, Berengere, purchased the house from the D. Nathan Coulter Revocable Trust.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $702,000 from Eagle Bank & Trust of Little Rock. The residence was bought for $315,000 in May 2002 from Timothy and Margaret Holcomb.

Club House

A 2,795-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock rang up a $750,000 sale. Justin and Hannah Rabinowitz acquired the house from SJHD Venture LLC, led by Jeffrey McNeil.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $750,000 from First Horizon Bank of Memphis.

SJHD purchased the property for $230,000 in April 2019 from Joanne Tips.

Heights House

A 2,391-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock is under new ownership after a $717,500 deal.

Gary and Rebecca Smith bought the house from Nicholas and Lisa Brown.

The Browns acquired the residence for $429,900 in March 2016 from Christopher and Su-Lauren Wilson.

Stonehill Residence

A 4,500-SF home in Sherwood’s Stonehill neighborhood drew a $650,000 transaction.

Brian and Jamilynn Bruce purchased the house from KellCo Custom Homes Inc., led by Tracie Kelley.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $548,000 from Caliber Home Loans Inc. of Coppell, Texas.

The location was bought for $42,000 in August 2020 from Stonehill LLC, led by Andy Collins.

Grandview Abode

A 3,131-SF home in the Grandview neighborhood of Little Rock changed hands in a $624,000 deal.

James and Toga Tuite acquired the house from Jeffrey and Nancy Wickliffe. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $358,000 from Encore Bank of Little Rock.

The residence was purchased for $160,000 in June 1996 from Louise and Robert Smith.
