The southwest Little Rock Bass Pro Shops, a west Little Rock hotel and apartments in midtown Little Rock are making noise as this week’s trio of multimillion-dollar real estate deals.
♦ GG Holdings LR, an affiliate of the Diane & Guilford Glazer Foundation in Beverly Hills, California, bought the 104,359-SF Bass Pro Shops at 1 Bass Pro Drive for $25.4 million.
Seller: SPT Prairie 1 BP Drive LLC, an affiliate of Starwood Property Trust of Greenwich, Connecticut.
This marks the second sale in five months for the 14.82-acre outdoor outlet development, leased by its namesake Springfield, Missouri, chain. The price last fall was $21.89 million.
♦ RILR Holding LLC, an affiliate of BPM & Co. of Ridgefield, Connecticut, sold the 96-unit Residence Inn by Marriott at 1401 S. Shackleford Road for $8.5 million.
Buyer: Heart Residence Management LLC, led by Jack Grundfest and Rajesh and Pumposh Mehta.
♦ Midtown Suites LLC, led by Lane Patterson and Matthew Lane, purchased the 11-unit Guest House Apartments at 115 N. Taylor St. for more than $1.6 million.
Seller? LR Markham Apartments LLC, led by Umang Patel, Yogesh Asudani and Nimesh and Davesh Sitaram.
Deals in the Works
♦ Bryant Medical Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s Arkansas Heart Hospital, purchased 7.6 acres in Benton from Ronald Holder for $3.2 million.
The land adjoins the west side of the Arkansas Bone & Joint Orthopedic Surgery Center at 2010 Active Way.
A checkup with Bruce Murphy, president and CEO of Arkansas Heart Hospital, produced no details on plans for the property.
♦ A 7,828-SF retail project in west Little Rock is in the works at 15200 Chenal Parkway.
LLEJ VIII LLC, led by Leonard Boen, is developing the 0.95-acre site as part of the Chenal Park Centre.
