Bayou Meto Land, Slim Chickens Sold in Recent Seven-Digit DealsLock Icon

Agri land in Lonoke County, day care centers and a restaurant in Conway along with a car wash and undeveloped property in Saline County provide a six-pack of big-bucks transactions this week.

♦ Walter Hixon paid $2.5 million for more than 466 acres of farmland along the south side of Bayou Meto, about 3 miles northwest of the Brummitt community as the mallard flies.

Seller: Diamond G Properties LLC, led by Douglas Gaines of Oil City, Louisiana.

♦ Elder-Conway LLC, led by Chris and Kerri Elder, sold a 3,228-SF Slim Chickens at 550 Salem Road in Conway for $1.9 million to MFDD Campbell Family Ltd., led by Max and Dorothy Campbell of Little Rock.

♦ Realty Income Properties 19 LLC of San Diego acquired two Conway day care centers in tandem deals with Child Development Schools Inc. of Columbus, Georgia: $1.5 million for the 12,000-SF project at 2611 Prince St. and more than $1.3 million for the 10,300-SF project at 301 Industrial Blvd.

♦ Down in Saline County, Splash Investment Group LLC, led by Paul Stagg, purchased Razorback Car Wash at 1720 Landers Road in Benton for $1.1 million.

Seller? Bill & Nina Enterprises LLC, led by Bill and Nina Warford.

♦ Hurricane Holdings LLC, led by Ted Van Tassel, sold 70 acres on Amber Lane on the northern outskirts of Bryant for $1 million.

Buyer: Southern General Contractors LLC, led by Jody Petty.
