The 2.22-acre development previously was linked with a June 2008 mortgage of $1.5 million held by IberiaBank of Lafayette, Louisiana.
The project was purchased for $1.7 million more than nine years ago from Shackleford Business Center LLC, led by James Dunlap.

The land is part of a 110-acre tract that was bought for $3.8 million in January 1998 from Little Rock’s St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center.

The 0.46-acre development previously was tied to an August 2010 mortgage of $400,000 held by Florida Bank of Tampa.
