► Beacon Hill Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of RREAF Holdings in Dallas, sold its namesake 168-unit apartment project at 1801 Reservoir Road for $11 million to an affiliate of Monarch Investment & Management Group of Franktown, Colorado.
► RSS MSCI2016-UBS 12-AR PAG LLC, an affiliate of Miami’s Rialto Capital Management, recovered the 100-unit Terrace Green Apartments project at 8223 Scott Hamilton Road from PF Terrace Green LLC of Brooklyn, New York.
► Amerco Real Estate Co., an affiliate of U-Haul Holding Co. in Phoenix, bought a 13.7-acre parcel in North Little Rock for $2.6 million.

► Krishna and Aruna Reddy sold their 7,168-SF home in Maumelle’s Rivercrest Estates neighborhood to Stephen and Traci Taylor for more than $1.4 million.
