Randy Bearce
Randy Bearce has been named Jonesboro market president at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart. Bearce will oversee all retail and lending operations for the Jonesboro market.
Jessica Boswell has been hired as an internal auditor at Stone Bank of Little Rock, and Tia Hamon has been hired as an associate trainee. Boswell was previously an internal auditor with Bank OZK of Little Rock. Hamon is a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
Erin Henderson and Gwen Holland have been named vice presidents at Arvest Bank of Fayetteville’s two Jonesboro branches. Both have more than 20 years of experience and will continue to serve as branch sales managers and manage their respective branches. Additionally, Randy Southerland has been named Arvest’s market manager for North Little Rock. Southerland is a board member of the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce and will serve commercial clients.
Karagon Prestidge has been promoted to a mortgage originator at First Community Bank of Batesville, and Allen Williams has been named executive vice president and market president for the bank’s Jonesboro region, where he will oversee and manage the entire Jonesboro area market. Prestidge will serve residential mortgage and refinancing customers in Craighead and surrounding counties.
