Adam Motherwell of Fayetteville, chief financial officer for the Beaver Water District, has been appointed a member of the audit committee of the American Water Works Association.
Bill HagenBurger of Rogers, plant engineer for the Beaver Water District and a recent graduate of the Elevate Performance Emerging Leader Forum VII, has been appointed to AWWA’s engineering and construction division committee.
Jordan Wimpy has joined the business practice group in the Little Rock office of Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard.
Wimpy, who focuses his practice on environmental, agriculture, energy and natural resource issues, has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in history from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a J.D. and Master of Environmental Law & Policy from the Vermont Law School.
Michael Chapman, assistant director of power supply and major accounts for Conway Corp., has been appointed to the Southern States Energy Board, an interstate compact of governors and state legislators from 16 Southern states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
