Chris Evans has been promoted to president and CEO of the Mortgage Division at Arvest Bank of Fayetteville. Evans has served as director of finance at Arvest since 2012.
Ricky Weber was named manager of the Flint Creek Power Plant in Gentry and the Harry D. Mattison plant in Tontitown at Southwestern Electric Power Co. of Gentry.
