The Bentonville-Bella Vista Area Chamber of Commerce said Friday that it has changed its name to the “Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce.”
The chamber unveiled the new name and logo Thursday at its 90th annual banquet.
“This new reveal is an exciting step forward for us, and what better timing as we reach our 90th year,” Dana Davis, the chamber’s president and CEO, said. “I am very proud of our staff and board for making this bold step to keep progressing us forward, as we support our members and the community.”
The chamber also changed its web address.
The nonprofit organization was founded in 1926 as the Bentonville Chamber. It became the Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce in 1979. It said it has 1,000 members.
The Little Rock Regional Chamber changed its name last year.
