A four-home compound on Beaver Lake in Springdale sold for $2.6 million.

Christopher Conway, through his Conway Lakeview LLC, bought the property and four adjoining lots. Conway is the owner and CEO of C&N Masonry in Bentonville.

The main home of the property is about 4,000 SF and has three bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms.

It has a host of other amenities, including a two-boat slip and a hot tub on the back deck.

There are three guest cottage-style apartments on the property. The main lot totals 5½ acres.

Financing for the acquisition comes courtesy of a $2.21 million loan from Bank of Fayetteville.

The seller was Charles Ashley White and his wife, Patrice.

White is the CEO of Shaver Foods in Fayetteville.

He acquired the property for $1.9 million in 2016.
