1 min read

A 133-room hotel in Bentonville sold for $18.2 million.

Shash Goyal, a prominent hotel owner in Little Rock, bought the Hilton Garden Inn at 2204 SE Walton Blvd.

The acquisition was accomplished through his Bentonville Walton Avenue Hotel LLC.

The hotel totals 73,000 SF and sits on 3.6 acres.

You might recall that Goyal is a recent appointee by Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders to the Arkansas Economic Development Council.

He also is the CEO and founder of I Square Management, a hotel ownership group and commercial development company.

Farmers & Merchants Bank in Stuttgart provided a $14.8 million loan.

The sellers were Benton County Lodging LLC, a subsidiary of Beechwood Hospitality of Little Rock.

Beechwood Hospitality is led by Wally Allen and his sons, Blair and Matthew.

The Allens purchased the hotel for $11.8 million in 2016.
