Berkemeyer Accepts EVP Role at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield (Movers & Shakers)

Alicia Berkemeyer has been named executive vice president and chief health management officer of Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Little Rock.

In her new position, Berkemeyer will be responsible for quality and accreditation, pharmacy and primary care programs, provider network innovation and strategy, medical management, population health and provider reimbursement.

She has been with ABCBS since 1989.

Jason Froeschle, an advanced practice registered nurse, has been hired by Washington Regional Crossroads Medical Clinic in Harrison as a care provider for both adults and children. Froeschle comes to the clinic from Cox Medical Center in Branson, Missouri, where he worked as a registered nurse.
