Best Drive Tire Center Sells for $2.9M

A 30,420-SF industrial facility in North Little Rock leads this week’s parade of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

► DFW Hospitality of Plano & Richardson LLC of Southlake, Texas, bought the Best Drive project at 1220 Baucum Industrial Drive for nearly $2.9 million.

Seller? Dunn Investments LLC, led by David and Leslie Dunn.

► 820 Thompson Development Co. of San Marino, California, sold a 2,627-SF Freddy’s restaurant at 610 S. Bowman Road in west Little Rock to Sandeep and Rachna Arora for $2.2 million.

► FCPT Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Four Corners Property Trust in Mill Valley, California, purchased a Take 5 Oil Change project at 12000 Crystal Hill Road in Maumelle for more than $1.5 million.

► Roadside Properties LLC, led by Josef France, sold the tornado-damaged, 110-unit Ridgecrest Apartments at 2000 Reservoir Road in Little Rock to Robert Woller for $1.5 million.

► Childress Property Holdings Inc., led by Byron and Tammy Childress, acquired the 12,850-SF Fabulous Finds Antiques & Design project at 2905 Cantrell Road in the Riverdale area of Little Rock from Larry Jordan for $1.4 million.

► Upton Family Revocable Trust, led by Kris and Karen Upton, sold its 4,794-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood to Daniel and Margaret Hopkins for more than $1.3 million.
