Evo Business Environments is a small company that is intentional about creating and protecting a culture of excellence and encouragement. The top two goals regularly discussed are “enjoy coming to work” and “be easy to do business with.”

The Evo team believes in these values and this attitude translates into a company culture that puts others first and encourages better teamwork and company pride. Evo folks are passionate about creating amazing spaces for people to work, learn and heal and that shared passion fosters a culture people want to be a part of.

Evo compensates its employees well, has attractive benefits and invests in the tools to make the company successful. Evo is generous with company profits and donates to local charities and nonprofit organizations chosen by employees. Volunteers regularly make lunch for residents and staff at the Our House shelter and Evo encourages employees to get involved in local organizations that support the industry and community.

All 12 office employees were able to work from home immediately when the state social distancing protocols were put in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Employee meetings have been held via the Zoom or Teams platforms and client meetings have been conducted via GoToMeeting.

Masks and distancing and cleanliness requirements are in place.

For fun and to show its gratitude to employees, Evo hires a masseuse to come to the office and give free massages. Baggo tournaments are held in the office during work hours and company sponsored happy hour events are held at 4 p.m. at local establishments.
