RoofConnect is a national commercial roofing services provider. Since moving its corporate office from California to Arkansas in 2006, RoofConnect has grown from an organization with fewer than 10 employees to more than 50.
EMPLOYEES: 51
INDUSTRY: Services
RoofConnect is the largest national commercial roofing services provider, specializing in emergency roofing repairs, maintenance, re-roofing and specialty projects that require nationwide labor availability. But despite the large presence, RoofConnect prides itself on being family and community oriented.
The company is about far more than just roofing. It builds relationships with customers and cares for the well-being of not only their roof, but their business and how their money would be best spent.
PERKS
RoofConnect throws weekday cookouts for employees.
Although RoofConnect is national, it has a small, hometown feel. The leadership is supportive and understands that investing in employees means the employees invest in the company.
The working environment is lighthearted, fun and family oriented, with an emphasis on celebrating company victories as a team. The lobby bell is rung each time someone celebrates a success, with a follow-up “bell ringer” email to spread the news.
Because of COVID-19, travel was restricted and employees were given the choice to work from home, with those in higher risk categories encouraged to do so.
Most monthly meetings are now done in the offices through the Teams platform, and RoofConnect also hired a sanitation company to come in and disinfect the office.
RoofConnect employees know they can count on company support and involvement, office flexibility and an investment in company morale and individual well being.
