The annual winner of the Sue D. Bender Excellent in Service Award receives $1,000 in cash and a $2,000 travel voucher. That honor is given to one employee who has “has gone above and beyond to service & uphold TNAA’s mission.”

Travel Nurse Across America also sponsors its Core Values Awards monthly to promote peer recognition and high morale. Milestone gifts and bonuses are also regularly awarded to recognize long-time employees.

Summer ice cream socials and a dress code of shorts and sandals in the hot months, help the company to maintain a “relaxed, family-like atmosphere.”
