
Companies have plenty of options to chose from when it comes to celebrating a milestone anniversary. â©VCC, which turns 30 this year, has chosen to celebrate by launching a community service initiative it’s calling the 30 Acts of Kindness Campaign. Throughout 2017 the company, founded in May 1987, is making service a priority, including giving back to local charities like the Arkansas Humane Society.

This is in addition to the work being done by the VCC Cares Foundation. This marks the third year for the company to host golf tournaments in Little Rock and Dallas, and VCC has raised more than $400,000 for charities including Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Community Connections.
Employees at the full-service construction contractor aren’t just encouraged to take care of their neighbors. Staff takes part in a variety of health and wellness-focused initiatives, including VCC Fit, which encourages exercise and competition.
VCC pays for membership to a fitness club located a block away from its headquarters in Little Rock. Family members of employees are also eligible to use the gym membership and VCC provides a healthy lunch options.
