Redevelopment of the 6.68-acre site is financed with a two-year loan of $9.2 million from Cadence Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.
Ron Davis Property Management purchased the property in November 2021 as part of a $1.5 million deal with the Brewer Family Revocable Trust, led by Jimmy Doyle Brewer and Patsy Brewer.
