Big Country Chateau Let Go for $6.4M

A quartet of apartment projects in Little Rock and Conway form this week’s group of million-dollar real estate transactions.

► Big Country Chateau LLC, led by Carl Schultz, sold its namesake 151-unit complex at 6200 Col. Glenn Road in Little Rock for $6.4 million to Apex Big Chateau AR LLC of Brooklyn, New York.

► P.T. Apartments Ltd., an affiliate of LEIDC Realty in Memphis, sold the 132-unit Midtown Park complex at 6115 W. Markham St. in Little Rock for $5.1 million.

Buyer: AMG Midtown LLC, an affiliate of AMG Realty Group of Skokie, Illinois.

► Spanish Viento Apartments LLC, an affiliate of Cope Equities of Allen, Texas, bought its namesake 109-unit complex at 5701 Dreher Lane in southwest Little Rock for $4.3 million.

Seller? BBR Oil LLC, led by Iowa City investor David Barker.

► Washington Meadow LLC, led by Randall Pulliam, purchased its namesake 28-unit apartment complex in Conway for $1.5 million.
