Conway Regional Health System on Tuesday announced that Bill Pack had been hired as CFO.
Pack has more than 30 years of experience in health care, most recently as system vice president for Centura Health in Denver. Before then, he held positions at CHI St. Luke’s in Houston, CHRISTUS in San Antonio and SCL Health in Denver.
In his new role, which officially began Aug. 29, Pack will lead Conway Regional’s accounting, business office/admissions and medical information teams.
“We have gained a great teammate as well as a talented leader who truly seeks to make a difference in his community,” Matt Troup, president and CEO of Conway Regional Health System, said in a news release. “We are extremely blessed to have someone of his background and talent join our team. To have ‘fit and talent’ is a rare combination.”
Pack is a Pine Bluff native. He holds a master’s in business administration in health care management from Marylhurst University in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and a bachelor’s in accounting from Louisiana State University in Shreveport.
