Blackberry Market announced Wednesday that it is expanding to 400 W Capitol, also known as the Regions Center, in downtown Little Rock.
The market, which is located on Main Street in North Little Rock’s Argenta district, will open its second location in the Little Rock area mid-October.
Blackberry Market specializes in breakfast and lunch items, featuring locally sourced ingredients and seasonal flavors. At the new Little Rock location, the market will offer a range of both breakfast and lunch items, freshly-brewed coffee and tea, house-made baked goods and expanded catering service.
This expansion marks Blackberry’s second location in Arkansas, but fifth location overall. The market also has locations in Glen Ellyn, La Grange and Oak Brook, Illinois.
The Blackberry Market lease is part of a larger effort to enhance the amenities for tenants at 400 W Capitol, which also includes a recently renovated fitness center and conference room facilities.
The Little Rock office of Jones Aur Commercial Real Estate of Memphis took on the Regions Center as its new leasing agent in June.
