Bleu Monkey Grill, a 2-year-old eclectic international eatery started in Hot Springs, is expanding.
Founder and owner Joey Godoy opened his second Bleu Monkey restaurant at the end of March in Springdale, and he is looking around Little Rock for a location in which to open a third, preferably in 2013.
Godoy has worked in the restaurant business for 16 years, and Bleu Monkey is his original creation.
The Hot Springs restaurant saw $1.2 million in food sales in 2011.
