Brian Shaw, vice president of development at Blue Crane of Bentonville
Blue Crane of Bentonville hired Brian Shaw as its vice president of development, the real estate development company said Monday.
Shaw started at Blue Crane on Jan. 3; Shaw co-founded Sage Partners in 2005 and served as CEO until March 2021 when he became the chairman of Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners. Blue Crane is a subsidiary of Runway Group, which is led by Tom and Steuart Waltons, the grandson of Walmart Inc. founder Sam Walton.
“Blue Crane is excited to welcome Brian Shaw to the organization,” Blue Crane CEO Jared Faciszewski said. “Brian’s leadership and real estate experience, character and passion for [northwest Arkansas] will be a significant asset for Blue Crane as the organization seeks to effectuate its purpose — ‘creating places for humanity to flourish in NWA.’ ”
Blue Crane is a client of Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners, which said it had a record year for revenue in 2022.
“Brian has been an integral part of Sage Partners since our founding in 2005, and we are extremely grateful for his many contributions to our company,” CEO Marshall Saviers said. “We look forward to continue working with him as part of the Blue Crane team.”
