Bob Roberts Named COO at Legacy Capital (Movers & Shakers)

Bob Roberts joins Legacy Capital of Little Rock as chief operating officer. He will oversee strategic growth, implementing expansion into additional locations and recruiting and integrating adviser teams and individual advisers into the Legacy Capital family.

Legacy Capital provides wealth management services to individuals and families, including financial planning, asset management, legacy planning and advice about insurance products. The firm plans to expand into northwest Arkansas this year.

After spending eight years as a CPA with KPMG and Arthur Andersen, Robert joined Baptist Health in 1988 as assistant vice president of finance. In 2008, he was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer and in 2014 was named executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Roberts earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University in trumpet performance and a master’s in accounting from Baylor University.

Matt Reddin has been promoted to executive vice president and chief banking officer of Simmons Bank in Little Rock.

Chris White has been promoted to Arkansas regional community president, and Paul Lowe has been named to replace him as central Arkansas marketing president.

Lisa Montejo Chrzanowski has been hired as the new director of commercial and industrial banking for Simmons Bank. Bringing more than 20 years of industry experience, Chrzanowski joins Simmons from Bank of America, where she most recently served as senior credit products officer and senior vice president.

Steve Williams has been named the vice president and director of internal audit for Relyance Bank in Little Rock and Pine Bluff.

Williams is a certified public accountant and has an extensive background in external audit, serving a variety of clients with his previous employer.

Eddie Lumsden has been named to the board of directors of Stone Bank in Little Rock.

Lumsden and his family are the owners of Lumsden Farms Inc., the Schoolhouse Lodge and DOA Guide Service. He was named a board member of DeWitt Bank & Trust Co. in 1990 and has served in that capacity for the past 30 years. He was appointed chairman of its board in 2018.

Daniel Park and Joel Futrell have been promoted to senior examiners by the Arkansas State Bank Department, and Lance Black and Elliot Hartle have been promoted to junior bank examiners.

Park has a bachelor’s degree in finance and serves as a commercial examiner in the department’s Springdale office.

Futrell has a bachelor’s in business administration and serves as a commercial examiner in the Little Rock office.

Black has a law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Bowen School of Law and serves as a trust examiner in Little Rock.

Hartle, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, has a bachelor’s degree in finance and serves as an information systems examiner Little Rock
