Bonner Cameron Named Executive Chef at Petit & Keet

Bonner Cameron has been named executive chef at Petit & Keet in Little Rock, JTJ Restaurants LLC announced.

Cameron has worked in the Little Rock restaurant industry for 12 years. He trained at The Art Institute of Houston and was named an “Up and Coming Chef” by Houston Table Magazine at the beginning of his career.

Cameron is known for his involvement in Arkansas fundraising events including the annual Pulaski Tech Diamond Chef competition, which he competes in every year. 

JTJ Restaurants said Cameron has already added his spin to several of Petit & Keet’s favorite dishes and introduced a few new ones. 

“Chef Bonner‘s culinary prowess, combined with his years of experience, along with his background, talent, creativity, and passion for outstanding cuisine made him the perfect choice,” JTJ Restaurants said in a news release. “He has taken a talented and seasoned staff and immediately encouraged them to operate at a higher level!  We are excited to have him leading our culinary team.”

Petit & Keet, which opened in 2018, launched its summer menu last week.
