Commercial real estate investment firm Lefler Capital of Fayetteville announced that Bradford Gaines has joined the company as a partner.
Gaines brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, land planning, subdivision development, and commercial construction to his new role. Most recently, he was director of development for Colliers Arkansas.
Over his career, he has spearheaded projects valued at over $150 million, developing 500-plus residential lots, along with retail, industrial, medical, and office developments, Lefler Capital said in a news release.
“His extensive experience in both the development and construction phases of commercial real estate aligns perfectly with our vision of creating value across all our properties,” T.J. Lefler, founder of Lefler Capital, said in the release. “Bradford’s insights and leadership will be instrumental as we continue to expand our portfolio and seek new opportunities in the market.”
Gaines is a licensed landscape architect and real estate agent. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2006 and is an alumnus of Leadership Greater Little Rock.
Lefler Capital currently owns 31 properties valued at more than $200 million.
