Little Rock Industrial Park Sold for $9.8M

Brandon Square, a 177,349-SF flex industrial property in southwest Little Rock, sold June 11 for $9.85 million.

Little Rock Flex LLC sold the 11.48-acre property to Pond Commercial LLC of Atlanta through Nathan Monan with Colliers Arkansas of Little Rock.

The site was purchased by Little Rock Flex for $6.3 million in January 2022.

The facility is located at 8124 Scott Hamilton Rd., near Interstate 30. Current tenants include CED of Little Rock, Overhead Door Corporation of Lewisville, Texas and a Sherwin-Williams automotive finishes store.

Colliers will manage and lease the facility on behalf of Pond Commercial. Eight suites are currently available for lease.

“With the tightening of the market in the Little Rock metro area since the pandemic, flex facilities have become extremely attractive,” Monan said in a press release. “This one in particular benefits from its smaller size and dock-high doors for each tenant.”
